Talking therapies are treatments which involve talking to a trained therapist about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. There are many different types of talking therapy, such as counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, trauma focused therapy and many more. Choosing the right therapy for yourself can be a daunting task. At Thrive we aim to help you in your decision by finding the most appropriate model relevant to your presentation. Our friendly FREE initial consultation process allows you to discuss your requirements for therapy with us, giving you the space you need to ask any questions. From there we can decide together on a treatment plan that is the most appropriate for your needs. Ultimately, we want to provide you with a safe, trusted and confidential environment.
